Glasses box was rattling around in a much bigger box with no fragile sticker on outside.
Can't comment on glasses as they are in bits!
I ordered a set (6) of these placemats. They're excellent quality, but 2/6 of them arrived with chipped corners.
Rinkit sent out replacements very quickly and without hesitation..but they also arrived chipped. Another set of replacements duly arrived...also chipped. A partial refund was then offered and accepted, but that now leaves me with an incomplete set.
Can't fault Rinkit's service which was faultless, and I suspect the damages are happening at the manufacturer's end rather than theirs. But it's a bit of shame.
This parasol is good quality and as described, but the treatment on the wood is very thick and VERY orange.
I really hope this colour mellows over time as at present it looks very tacky.
This is such a lovely parasol set and sturdy too. I love the fabric as it feels like it's expensive and the tassels feel very luxury. Can't wait for a G&T under it in the sunshine.
Sent for 18 glasses an 11 survived box came an it looked like it had a hard story to tell it was battered..

Bought these for picnics and camping and they worked a charm. Really easy to clean and stack, no chipping on the paint. I've now bought matching cups and dishes and have received so many compliments.
Can't get these anywhere else at such great prices and exceptional quality. Bought as a gift and they were fab!
Perfect! How are you so cheap? I could happily have ten of these. I use them for chopping, sandwich boards, and pot stands. I originally got it to chop chicken as a more hygienic and easier to clean option than plastic ones and it has made that whole clean up process a breeze thank goodness, all those chicken bits sticking to the plastic one drove me nuts. But now, I really want more to use for other purposes. Feels better to be choosing glass over plastic to reduce micro plastics in my kitchen. Most satisfying buy so far this year!
