We are based in the UK so your delivery will always be fast. Place your order before 6:00 PM for same-day dispatch, with delivery based on your selected method at checkout.
Options
Standard Delivery
Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday for delivery typically the next working day but within 2 working days for £4.99. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Next Working Day Delivery
Order before 6:00 PM on a weekday for delivery the next working day for £6.99. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
Saturday Delivery
In order to receive a Saturday delivery, please select 'Saturday Delivery' at checkout and order by 6:00 PM on Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Friday for delivery the next Saturday.
BULK Item Surcharge
Some items (such as garden tables, chairs, sun loungers and fire pits) are bulky, and they incur an additional shipping surcharge of £3.99, and may take up to 3 days to arrive with you. This charge is added to the overall shipping cost in the checkout, if your cart includes one of these items.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from receipt of delivery to get in touch and return your item.
The goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, or we will be unable to process the return.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation via email, which will tell you which courier your order has been shipped with and the tracking number for your order. You can then visit the courier's website the next working day for up-to-date tracking of your order, right up to delivery.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away so that the item is with you as soon as possible. We understand that you may want to ask us to try, and you may contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. Please be aware that there is a slight delay with our dispatch emails so the item may have already been sent even if you have not received the email confirming this. You are welcome to return the item following our standard returns policy.

I ordered 6 lovely wine glasses. They arrived within days, sadly one of them was broken. I emailed customer services & almost immediately I received a reply. I was offered 6 replacement glasses & told to keep the other 5.

Really nice looking doormat which fits my porch perfectly. Bigger than your average doormat (I didn’t read the very clearly stated dimensions), but that’s turned out to be a good thing. It was missing from my original order but really efficient customer service got it sorted really quickly.

Love this product. Gave it a very light sanding and painted it gold (with Calfire Stove paint) and increased the bottom vent to 51mm with a hole-cutter, superb; bought a second one, as a present for a friend.
